Food fans can spice up their lives next month when the World Curry Festival returns to Leeds.
The inaugural festival proved a major hit when it was staged in the city last year, attracting an estimated 12,000 visitors.
Organisers are then understood to have temporarily toyed with the idea of holding a follow-up bash in another part of Yorkshire.
Now, though, they have announced that they are staying true to last year’s recipe for success by coming back to Leeds.
Sponsored by Yorkshire supermarket giant Morrisons, the 2011 festival will take place in Victoria Gardens on The Headrow from September 23 to 25
and the entrance to the main event area is free
